Di Xiao would like to pass her sincere thanks to Simon Trpčeski; (Симон Трпчевски) for taking the time to listen to her play while in Birmingham.  She found his insight in to the Chopin Ballade No4 was most inspirational.

Didi does it again

Another recital, another full hall and another rapturous audience when Classical Pianist Di Xiao performed at Lincoln Drill Hall today.  Unfortunately some people had to be disappointed as the concert was sold out.  To those that were not able to gain access, thank you for your support, please do try again at any of Di’s numerous future engagements and we sincerely hope that you are able to enjoy one of her performances soon.

New Album

Di Xiao has just completed the recording of her second album 'Journey' which is due for release in the Summer. The album includes the piano works of Ravel, Debussy and Chopin but also Chinese traditional folk tunes, reworked for modern piano, thereby creating a bridge between the 2 cultures.
